I have two columns, one with the status column & Date column.
If status is reflecting as "Down" or "End of Life", I need the date column to be updated, else i need a write a formula which says, "pending" or "dates required".
Please help me with the formula to check whether the status is Down or End of life and the corresponding Date col is updated. If Date column is empty, formula should show "Pending"..Excel Help_.PNG

Column X cannot hold a value and a formula. You will need VBA for this, so I have moved the thread.
