How to randomly delete X amount of rows from a sheet in a single command?

Hello

I have a sheet with hundreds of rows with 3 columns with info (Cells A, B & C)

I'd like to be able to add a line of code of some sort, that would randomly pick X amount , preferably in percentage parameter, meaning e.g. delete randomly 30% of the rows that contains info in cells.
