I have this formula were it counts how many associates have contacted the help desk. It counts from "TSA Support" and displays the results on sheet "TSA Daily" starting at range A:23. However, I need it to base it on multiple criteria. Right now it just counts how many show up more than 2 times a day. I need it to count the ones that are more than 2 times a day & the "Reason for Contact (Main Category)" is equal to "Citrix Issues" & "OE Error Received" from sheet "TSA Support" column K. Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is my current code than needs to be modified.
