If cell 1 is A then cell 2 should be X

Hello,

can anyone help me with a macro code (for sheet 1) to do the following:

If cell Sheet1.A1 equals value in Sheet2.B3 then the contents of Sheet1.A2 is changed to value Sheet2.B6

I added that code in another sub:

The code did nothing when I just pasted it with the Sub Test() in my worksheet code.
Now it works, but everytime I update a cell the program is processing the macro in an annoying way (I notice that it's working slower during every entry and the sheet is flashing a little bit if you understand what I mean).

Is there any fix for this?
