I have a workbook with sheet final , I have some issue with code as below in column A,
The code is suppose to look in column A , insert a test sheet, split headers to the Page ,item no, hs code.
But the code fail when the page numbers are two , three digits that is when page no is 10 it shows 0 , when page number 11, shows 1.
Can anyone assist where the code is failing

The sheet is Final column A .
Need to delete the file test.
When the code runs it will create the sheet test splitting headers in three columns, the issue is with first column A in test sheet , I have highlight in yellow where the code fails.
