Compare data with another sheet's data range

Hi all,
I'm trying to compare the data i have in sheet A with the data range in Sheet B.
But the problem is,
For Sheet A:
Column A: Main Family (AA)
Column B: Sub Family (AB)
Column C: data to check with Sheet B (AC)

while for Sheet B:
Column A: Main Family (BA)
Column B: Sub Family (BB)
Column C: Lowest limit (BC)
Column D: Highest limit (BD)
which Main Family & Sub Family could be repeated in same column but will not have both Main & Sub family exactly same for 2 rows.

I need to compare the data between sheet A & sheet B with conditions
AA = BA AND AB = BB
Then check if BC < AC < BD
skip if BC & BD is empty

Maybe this is just simple way but i'm stuck )0.0(
