Hi, i want to create an attendance sheet where the student can find there picture or name, and when they click it, it marks as attended. Sheet 1 has buttons, can i add a formula that when you click the name it adds an attending in the corresponding calendar under the correct date?

How will you prevent a student from accidentally clicking on someone else's name?

Couple of questions:
- How many Students are we talking about?
- What do you wish to happen on the January Worksheet when the Student clicks their Name...I see you're using Conditional Formatting.
- Are you REALLY using Excel 2003 as your Profile indicates?
