Extracting duplicate records becoming a single record - VBA

Hi,

I have a list of employees in column D, some are repetitive records. How to extract in column E if a name show up more than one records, it should only written once in column E?

ColD ColE
Dickey Dickey
Mariah Mariah
Dickey "blank"
Michael Michael
Dickey "blank"
Mariah "blank"
Obama Obama
