Amending VBA to send email set amount of time prior to required Date

Morning all,

Had a bit of a search through forums and my previously raised threads but can't work out how to sort this alone

Spreadsheet is a training matrix which was created to track training dates and email out once a date is nearing.

Spreadsheet is attached - (I have disabled the workbookopen macro) and the code is below:

What I would like to happen is this:

Column G shows the date a refresh is due, I need my VBA code to send out a reminder email 2 months prior to the refresh date.
I've tested the sheet and it works bang on for what is was initially designed for (send out an email when the refresh date has already passed) however I now need it to be more pre-active by sending out an advance warning.
