Macro should send the content of a file to specififc set of people on click of a button

Hi All,

I have a requirement in excel where I want to attach the content of a file in a mail on click of a button in a tabular format and send it to some specific set of people on a specific day like every week tuesday.
Please someone help me with the VBA code.Attaching a sample data file for reference.
