Change All Shapes Text in a Workbook

Dear All

I would like to loop through all the shapes in a workbook and if the shape name appears in the first column of a table then the text inside the shape is changed to the corresponding value in the adjacent column. For example, with reference the screen shot below, if the shapes name is Label001 then the text should be changed to 'Crop', if its name is Label099 then its text should be changed to 'Width'. If the shape name does not appear in the table then leave the text as it is. I have tried to achieve this using various version of the code without success. I would welcome any advice or ideas.
