How to pass dictionary from function

Hi i am using late binding and want to pass into my main sub dictionary.

how can i get dictionary from function using late binding?
(i cant use early binding because workbook should be used by other users and manually adding reference for it is not good approach)

Since you are dealing with objects you would need at least this in the function.
