Check if ComboBox contains text not working quite how I want

Hello all,

I have a code I want to execute:

I want the code to check if a Combobox has a value(s), if it does, add it to a cell in combination with another Combobox. If it doesn't, I want it to do nothing and move on. Here is what I have:

Even if the Combobox1 is empty, the code still adds the Hyphen to the next empty cell. How can I improve upon this?
