A macro can do many things but if you cannot tell it exactly what it needs to do, then ... no go.
So how about a clear and for others understandable explanation of what you want. I am sure you understand it perfectly but now it comes down to try and explain to someone who has absolutely no idea what you want.

But as we do not know, the strategy of the symmetrical steering wheels is to put 5 tens in each row and column of the steering wheel and count on the luck so that it has the maximum of possible punctuation. That's why the more we fly, the better the odds are that one of them will hit many dozen.
With respect to odd / odd tens, the most likely occurring is about the same number of odd and odd pairs. The same applies to the tens in the upper / lower and left / right parts of the steering wheel.

In the Mattrix worksheet correct the table under QUINA3
Fill it in for the values like the other two
you start with

etc.
Select the area starting with 1 and the last letter of the last block and name it QUINA3
That's all
This is the idea all you have to do is make sure the matrix is correct and give that range a name, fill that name in the top row so it can be found
