Data copy in bottom row

Hi Experts,
I have file with huge data, I just want data copy in bottom new rows according the criteria of column K, for example if column "K" have 4 then 3 time data copy in bottom rows, if column "K" have 9 then 8 time data copy in bottom rows, I have attached screenshot and file.

Hi Thank for reply Leo Taxi and Fluff13, it is not working for me, please see screenshot I need to copy data from very first row, for example if in row 3 column K have 4 then next row will insert 3 time (row 4, row 5 and tow 6) and above data will paste there, I think my mistake I have not clear mentioned this line.
