Textbox value from other workbook

Hello i have this simple code that use to "grab" value from another workbook and add it to a userform textbox from a separate workbook.

the thing is that it need to open the workbook.
Is there any way to get the same result without opening the workbook?

sorta... you can insert the value (press =, then select the cell in the other workbook,press enter)
the value will link to the other workbook.

i know that works with cell to cell, but thats not the case, i want cell to textbox in a userform in other workbook
