VBA split data to worksheets by column A values

Hi Excel People!

I have a massive spreadsheet with lots of data and would like to split all data by column A values (Project Code).
I tried few VBA codes that were available online. Nothing worked on my spreadsheet.

The difference in my original spreadsheet and the sample spreadsheet attached is the number of rows (and the data itself).

It's not a big deal in this sample to copy/paste values, but where is tens of thousands of rows, the possibility of making mistakes is too high. I'd rather trust this task to VBA code
