Transfer with macro gives error in 2 cells

HI I have below macro. I transfer from sheet2 to sheet 4 with macro MovetoSAFESHEET see below. And in sheet 4 i get a value error. The special it dont give me this error if i
have little text. I nearly pull my gray hair out- Cant figure out why it do it.
I have a double click function in sheet 4. so i can double click in colmn A and it transfer to sheet2 where you have a better overview.

I am not sure its the macro. Please download the test sheet i attached , Better to see it there.
