Macro to Change the content of a cell

Hi

I've got a spreadsheet where in cells in column M appear the following "Room# 9211 : CHECK# 0033578 [10011]". I would to like to be able to replaced all of that by "CHECK# 0033578" only. So, every approriate cell must, at the end of the macro, contain the text Check#_Blank_ followed by a seven digit number.

I have attached an example of the file.
