Scripting.Dictionary error if list is either empty or have less than 2 items

Hi

if I have only 1 item in the list or the list is empty then there is "Runtime error 13, Type mismatch" .It does not highlight any line of the code but it produces error on the red line

Any chance we can start from a blank list as the list will be taken from the field directly.

Help would be greatly appreciated

It solved the problem upto 50 % as the rest of the problem is if there is only one item in the list. The searchable dropdown does not brings up that lonely item in dropdown list.
