transfer data Based on the date of retirement age (Modify)

Hello everyone
In previous thread Mr. jindon helped me in create code to transfer data Based on the date of retirement age
Now the problem is the beginning of data transfer
How can I transfer the data from row No 8 according to the required test
this issue seems easy but I tried and failed to achieve it

I appreciate any assistance with this issue as it's currently hindering my progress on my project.

The idea is that the original file contains lots of sheets which has same format and headers
The transfer data process would start in A8 and the headers in row 6 & 7 for all the sheets.. That's all
