VBA Cells Value = "Formula WITH reference to another cells value"?

Hi,

I have the following code;

At the end of the code after "KILL_DELAY:" it requires a number to function properly.

I have the Value i need to be entered after the ':' in Cell 'Y3'.

In 'Y3' there is a number which is selected from a dropdown list. In this case its "0.5". How can i add this reference value so that the above VBA code puts this into Cell 'L9'?

ie,

BACK FILL_KILL:TRUE KILL_DELAY:0.5 (0.5 referenced from cell 'Y3') if the conditions are met?
