Smile Display Userform If Two Conditions are Met

I have a code that displays a userform called “Controller” when two conditions are met:

    (1) the checkbox is selected (it’s located on the controls tab in cell A2)
    (2) Whenever the user double clicks on a cell in the range B4:B5000

The problem is that I’d like to modify the second condition. The second condition should display the userform called “Controller” only if the cell double clicked reads “Controller”. So to summarize, the two conditions are as follows:

    (1) the checkbox is selected
    (2) whenever the user double clicks on a cell that says “Controller”. If the cell says anything other than “Controller” the userform should not display.

To make it easy I highlighted all cells of impact in yellow on the attached spreadsheet. Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANK YOU!!

I tried your routine. It says run time error 13. Type mismatch.

I adjusted it a little bit, and this is what my code looks like:

I still get the same error.

Thanks Bernie! I don't know what I did. Thanks for simplifying it.
