Loop through a certain number of rows

How do you loop through 2000 rows at a time then start the loop again?

There are different ways to do this and some are better than others depending on your situation.

Please describe what work you want to do inside the loop, and how you know what rows to include. If you want to "start the loop again" that implies that you want a loop inside a loop. How many times are you going to start again? How do you know when you don't want to start again?

It would be better to show what code you have now, and best of all to attach your file.
