How to Add Rows to Active X Multi-Column Listbox Based Upon Cell Value in Range

I'm having some difficulty in working with an Active X multi-column (15 columns) listbox on a worksheet. I have one table on a separate worksheet (15 columns), and the active x listbox on another.

Based upon a the value of a certain cell on the listbox worksheet (ex. "Part 1"), i'd like the listbox to populate all table rows that have "Part 1" in the first column of the table, while keeping the column headers static in the listbox.

I've attached an example workbook that should provide some additional clarity. Any ideas here?
