    Automatically Hide or not Hide columns, based on cell value (to the left)

    Hello, looking for any assistance on setting up this macro that has two drop down lists, in two separate columns. In each drop down list, when a particular selection is made, the column to the right of it either needs to be hidden (will be hidden by default, which is different than the attached for sake of sending a sample), or not hidden to allow for added text.

    I have some basic code in there however not sure how to set up a macro to automatically run based on the selection, versus me actually running the macro (novice here).

    Appreciate any input, thanks so much.
