Combining string for saving of an absolute location

I am attempting to alter my current Absolute pate for saving of a file to a Relative one and am having some issues that I am hopeful someone can help me resolve.

Currently I am saving the file to a variable that is named in a workbook in Cell R5

R5 = “C:\Users\Kent Smith\Dropbox (Work)\TREX\Breakeven Central\Reports”
I also append to the end of this name with today’s date. As below

This works great on an Absolute system but I need to be able for others to use it.

If it is not giving the desired result, what is the desired result? It does give a valid path name.

It also assumes that every user has Dropbox, the folder is called "Dropbox (Work)", and that it has the subpath "TREX\Breakeven Central\Reports". Can you guarantee that to be true for other users?
