No, there is nothing version specific in that code. Is it actually causing Excel to terminate?

The message I had from her is :
I have office 365, the add in works but its really really slow and 99% of the time it makes my excel crash
Not much to go on, sorry
So have you asked anyone else with Office 365 to test this for you? If you can provide a sample workbook, I don't mind having a go.
Also, have you asked her anything about the size/volume of data she is trying to run this with?
There are many pertinent questions you ought to be asking her to troubleshoot this.

If you try and use that on large data sets, it will be slow, in any version. Trying to use colours as data is not a good idea, in my opinion.
Looks like it was just the volume of data. Another user with 365 was fine with it.
Sorry to waste your time.
Not a waste - by prompting you to ask the correct question, you've got your answer.
