Aotomatically move 2 tabs

We use this code to move the INDEX tab to always be before the active worksheet.

We'd like to add another tab to the workbook called 'TO COMPLETE" to always be before the INDEX worksheet, so that will move around the workbook as well.

Is there a mod to the code we can add to make that happen?
