Date to update form userform to excel file

Require
1. Click on userform button
2. Enter the details that is required and tick the update button
3. Now press update stock

Following should happen
a. A new row to be added below the last row in the ID (example, for AB-01 new row tobe added below 5th row)
b. whatever data is added in userform should be copied to corresponding column. (this should happen only if the update is click to tick)
