VBA code to loop through folders and subfolders under date time conditions ?

What would the code be to loop through a set of folders and proceed to opening the folder if it matches the month from the previous day and once opened, it loops through all the folders to open the folder which matches the date from yeterday as its file name ?

I probably do not follow well details (I think, I'm not alone - the re is no answer to rathjer basic question for almost a day), but main part will be looping through subfolders. See examples of such macros:
