that is the good working file not the file in the first post

In the second file the items to fill the dropdown is in de xml file.
Then when i select for example the second item in the list. I get the messagebox what is fine.
And when i select the same item directly again .I get the messagebox again.
But i change the xlm file and deleted the items to fill the dropdownbox.
And now i fill the dropbown by a array in the vba code.
The problem is when i selected twice the same item the second time the onaction will not work. The first time well
