Copy and Paste

hi,
I have a button that when clicked should
1. If the active row, range ("M") = "MYTEXT" THEN Copy that row.
2. Paste that row to the next empty row

Now i don't get an error, it's just that nothing happens.

Been doing my head in for the last three hours.

Any help would be great.
