Using SelectionChange to run macros instead of Command Button

Instead of using command buttons to run a macro, I did the following:

When I click on cell G12, the macro runs as expected, but A12 doesn't do anything... But when I hide G12 and only have A12 showing, it shows the userform as expected.

Why does it allow me to only do one at a time? Why can't I do both? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
