Refresh existing connections of multiple workbooks.

Hello,
I have a folder containing 30 files/workbooks. Each workbook contains a tab that links to individual text files that I refresh/update each month. I am trying to avoid having to open each file and refresh each data set.
For clarity, each file pertains to a model that focuses on one US state (AL.xlsm, AZ.xlsm, etc). A tab exists in each file (“Sheet1” in each case) that links to a text file (AL.txt, AZ.txt, etc) “Sheet1” of each state model currently updates by hitting “Refresh” in each file. FWIW the linked text files are created by SAS and re-run each month.
I’m trying to update each state model in one swoop without opening and/or “refreshing” each one.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks, I’ll give this a try in the morning. How do I get the window shown in the jpeg to show? I’m sure it’s easy to find, it just doesn’t look familiar.
