VBA Loop and offset

I have 2 columns of data and need help with a VBA loop to look for a specific word in column 1, then use the row above that word and move to previous found word. Copy the data to next available column to the right. I've attached a sample since this is as clear as mud. I'm sure this is simple for you gurus but my offset abilities are backwards.
