Two dimentional array code replacement for cell loop

Hi All

EDIT!!!!!!This is a challenge...

I decide to post the actual scenario....Actual file has 5000 plus rows and 5500 columns
What code does...When the attendance is updated in the Month tabs, it calls the Tracker code to update the Schedule...
This process takes 5 min each time a cell is changed and when multiple changes must be made...becomes a nightmare...
Is their a simpler Array solution...


I suck at arrays and still can't wrap my head around it...I am looking to speed up below code as it needs to loop through 12 Month tabs each with 20 rows, 30 columns and populate Schedule sheet for entire year sheet...I have attached a small sample file for perusal.

Perhaps I need to look at a different approach...
Have the code run to only look for that specific cell that has changed and not loop through all the cells in all the sheets???

This improved everything...Still would like a more effecient code for Tracker Sub above in post 1 as this will still have to run once at the beginning of first workbook initialize...
