VBA to copy data across a range based on the number of buildings required

Evening all,

I've been given a customer template and require a macro to use it as a basis to populate cells elsewhere in the workbook.

I've recreated an example of the data I'm working with that uses the same ranges and I've also included some further guidance/instructions (see attached).

If it helps this is a solution I was provided with previously but unfortunately due to the customer template changing is no longer workable. I did try to figure out how to make the necessary adjustments but was unsuccessful.
