Get this macro to run automatically.

Below I have this macro set up with the help of other users.

My macro right now does two things. The top portion is where the concern is.
This macro is supposed to prompt the user to enter a date in G2 whenever F2 is True. F2's truth value is linked to a checkbox (not ActiveX). The only way I can get this to work is if I click on F2 once then the prompt comes up. The intent was to have the prompt come up immediately after F2 truth value became true. Am I missing something?
