    It looks like (to me) there has to be a list of this data.

    But I don't see them in the your file (or VBA).

    In that case you could print the list instead of the dropdownbox.

    I don't see hidden sheets in you file.

    @Martindwilson.

    Thanks for pointing the right direction (L3:L30).

    @fulky

    copy column L of sheet tabel 1 to anther sheet.

    use delete duplicated

    and after that you're able to print your list.

    i think op wants to print the front page with every option chosen so 17 front pages print a bit of code looping through print then step to next print and so on

    sorry, maybe there is a misunderstand.
    what i mean is i have to print all form in sheet TVF based on the list.
    but what im doing now i print the form based on the list one by one.
    so, i seek for the formula that can print all the form based on the list by one click.

    Hi Fulky,

    You need to create a macro like the below and simply run the macro to print all 17 of dropdown imputs....

    Run the Macro called PrintAllofL while looking at the TVF sheet.

    Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Hope that helps.

    Thank You Marvin, You save my day. :D
    Marvin, can i ask you for help again?
    I have a form that i hope you can help me to create macro like before.
    This is the file --> pvf form 1.xlsx
    By the way in this file, the data will be increase day by day and i don't have to print it all day by day.
    Let say, someday i have to print the form (PVF) from Table sheet only row 20-50, the next day i have to print only row 50-55, and the next day only row 56-77
    Could you create a macro like that?

    Re: How to print all list in my drop down list menu? (please give me step by step)

    You want to print the rows on Table Sheets.

    You need e.g. row 50 - 55 or you mean no 50 - 55.

    You have to tell us why you need the those rows (what are the similarity ow those rows?)

    in Table Sheet there have a synchronization formula to form in PVF Sheet.
    so the "Row" in Table Sheet will be change the "Form" in PVF Sheet.
    so, i need the flexible macro that can choose which "row to row" that i have to print.

    Don't post your questions in other peoples threads - they don't like you reincarnating ancient threads here.
    Instead please create your own thread and reference this one if it is appropriate.

    FWIW I imagine it is something like that you haven't adjusted the drop down box name to match the code (or similar required adjustments).
    If you want something done right... find a forum and ask an online expert.
