And Statement not returning any values

Hi All,

I have the following VBA that I have been trying to get to work - the problem is that the AND statement does not return any values when it should

Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong?

Unsure how to delete messages - but this was a simple mistake not based on the and statement in the end!
