Column Range to set UCase by using VBA

Dear All,

Have a nice day ahead!

Is there a VBA code that would set my Column D3:D3000 all text to UPPERCASE.

So that any text type by a user on column range will do UPPERCASE without clicking a button or run a macro then.

Please share with me the code.
