    VBA way over my head

Hello Everyone I'm hoping someone can help me work through a VBA problem or potentially help identify an easier way to approach my issue.

Basically I need to produce an output that fits a designated format (Master Takeoff Template). The attached file you will see all the tab of data I have created that need to work together to create the output. I built a tab labeled example for reference but I need to find a way to create a macro to look at the collection designation on the Community info tab, and match the EVP and the other Hard surface choice to the appropriate option number AND carpet/hard surface on the "Extended flooring table" and populate the appropriate amount of lines on the "Master Takeoff Template". The example tab has vlookups to help produce the appropriate information but I can't think through how to get the matchups to all work first.

Any help would be appreciative even if it's pointing me down the right starting path.

    thanks
