    Talking Find All Jobs in List - Sum total hrs for each Job - Summary below Table

    Hello Maestros

    Challenge is

    Get all

    1/ Job Numbers - Job Name - Job Hours
    2/ List below the Table from Cell K27 the Job Number - Job Name - Summed Job Hours

    That's it

    But i am sure it is still a bit tricky

    Would actually be helping the Little Old Lady in the Office (True)

    I'm Ok with Formulas but no way could i do this and too much for Formulas

    Hope it's do-able

    Untill someone provides you a VBA solution here is one with formulas.

    in K27 and dag down and one to the right:
    =IFERROR(INDEX(K$5:K$24,MATCH(0,INDEX(COUNTIF(K$26:K26,K$5:K$24),0,0),0)),"")

    in M27and down:

    =SUMIF($L$5:$L$24,$L27,$M$5:$M$24)
