    Macro to Remove Filters

    Hello,

I am looking for a macro that will remove all filters from a worksheet named “All TAs” upon exiting the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has a couple of worksheets, two of which are pivot tables, but the filter should only be removed from the “All TAs” worksheet.

    Thank you!

    Re: Macro to Remove Filters

    Hi Logit,

Thank you for taking the time to write the macro.

The macro does not seem to be working, but I haven't had success with others I've researched for this, so I'm wondering if there's something with the spreadsheet itself or that I'm doing that's preventing it from working. I have copied the macro to This Worksheet and confirmed that the spreadsheet is saved as macro-enabled. Do you have any ideas why it is not be working?

    Thank you.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

    Re: Macro to Remove Filters

Thank you, Logit, this was helpful. I think I see where the disconnect is. Can the macro be written so that the filter is removed upon exiting the document (or upon opening it, I think either is fine), rather than using a macro button?
