I restarted my PC then my excel project doesn't show anything even the sheet tab it only show blank grey background but I can access may macro section area Alt+F11 the code still there. Please help thank you

Do you have some macro code under "Workbook"? May be some event code do this trick with your file.

Perhaps the workbook is hidden- can you unhide it via the Window- Unhide menu?

How the workbook was saved ?
Unable to unhide sheet if i right click the the option only shows "Open", "New" and "Calculate Now"
you weren't working on 2 monitors and now are on 1? You have tried View_arrange ALL?
