How to fill a table with another sheet data

    Hi Everyone,

Thank you for your precious time first of all,

I am trying to fill my yearly list on picture2, with the data on picture1. So I want to build a macro which will feed the picture2 based on months and employee ids and at the end the result will look like picture3

I am receiving every month a list of employees(like picture1), it can be from any month. I tried some if formulas or powerqueries and it doesnt work since the source file is always changing, if I use vlookups or powerquery the data on picture2 is refreshing which is not good. So therefore, I need to have macro code to have the flexibility to update my yearly list anytime.

I am sorry, I couldnt build anything as a start since my macro knowledge is very limited. If its too much asking, please just let me know where to start. I can check rest myself.

Many thanks again for reading. Let me know if you need any other details. I am attaching also my original file.

Re: How to fill a table with another sheet data

Since every month I will receive a new data, in that case I will change my data in "Sheet3" (in your attachment). So, the data in tracker will refresh and I will loose the previous data.

Thats why I think, if formula solution wouldnt work.

But thanks a lot anyway !
