Is it possible for real time / online user form based data entry

Dear Forum Experts,

I have developed an user form for data entry purpose for my team, who scattered across the country. As of now, the system is, they will do the data entry and end of the month they will share only the back end data base (I have given the download option to save as xlsm file as xls file) with me. I will consolidate all the data base using macro and prepare descriptive tables and graphs for my report.

Now, I would like to do it on the real time basis. Really I am eagerly get to know that, is there any possibilities to do online / real time data entry and consolidation process using multiple login access? Like web portal access.

This sounds like an application better suited for a database. Depending on the size of the operation, MS-Access can be used. You only need to pay for one license. That license will be used to develop the back end and the front ends. People can use a runtime-only free license to do data entry on the front end. They can only use the forms, queries and the reports developed for them by the paid license and cannot develop on their own which is probably what you want anyway.
