Copy and paste only values without worksheet select

From sheets("data"), I want to copy from a range(S1:AF100) which has some formulas and paste ONLY VALUES on range("AG1") in another worksheet without sheet("experiment).select

Make sure that the sheet names in the code are spelt/punctuated exactly the same as the tab names.
