VB Code to create chart

Hello

Please refer to attached file.
I need VB Code to create the chart from the data.

I have data for 2017 and 2018 as shown and then the difference (Increase/Decrease) in row 21 down.
Need to create BAR Chart to show:
NET SALE (Data in row 4,12 and 21)

Another BAR Chart to show:
Item1 (Data in row 5,13 adn 22)
